Delivery & Returns

All the items made by Theknittingnest are handmade to order, we aim to create and dispatch your order within 10 - 14 days from your order date. During busy periods (such as holidays or peak gifting seasons) this may extend to 2-4 weeks. You will receive a notification when your order is on the way and along the journey - right up to being delivered. We ship to all mainland UK, with a standard delivery of 2-4 working days with a £3.29 charge on all orders under £30. All orders will be dispatched with tracked and photographic proof of delivery. If you order does not arrive by its expected date please get in touch with theknittingnest.forbabies@gmail.com and we will do our very best to help solve any issues.

At theknittingnest each item is made by hand with love and care, on our personalised items due to the personalisation of these products we are unable to accepts any returns or refunds for these items. However on non personalised items we accept returns on non damaged / faulty / or worn items. You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in its original unworn condition. Please contact us on theknittingnest.forbabies@gmail.com before returning any item. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order on theknittingnest.forbabies@gmail.com with your order number, photo of the damage/fault. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. Personalised items as all our products are made to order we are unable to accept returns for (a change of mind,change of colour, wrong spellings by the customer or incorrect sizing). Please double check all sizing and spellings before confirming your order.
